ECU had partnered with People's Federal Credit Union to provide our members free access to ATMs with no surcharge. The following is a list of ATM locations that do not charge a fee.

Your ATM card can also be used as a cash card at local grocery & discount stores

ECU ATM Cards may also be used at virtually any ATM location.

Bigger ATM Refund
To better accommodate our members, ECU is increasing our ATM refund policy. As of January 1, 2010, ECU will reimburse up to $15 a month for the previous six months of surcharges. To receive your refund, please bring your original statement into any of our locations. Also, if you are signed on to e-Statements, you must print a copy and bring the statement copy into the credit union. Then, we will immediately reimburse your checking account. Please make sure we have your correct address on record.

Also, to avoid ATM withdrawal fees, you can use your check card or ATM card to purchase items and receive cash back at many participating merchants. Another way to avoid ATM surcharges is to make withdrawals at any of our ECU branches during business hours.

ECU has partnered with MoneyPass to provide our members free access to ATM’s with no surcharge. This network gives ECU members access to over 20,000 more surcharge free ATMs nationwide. Here is a brief list of local ATM locations that do not charge a fee.

The MoneyPass network offers tens of thousands of surcharge-free ATM’s coast to coast located where you live, work, and travel. This locator will help you find the most convenient ATM location to use your card surcharge-free.  Not all ATM’s may display a MoneyPass decal.
