In preparation, we are sharing a few typical member questions and answers to help smooth the transition process.

A: No. there will be no changes to your process for online banking login or your password.

A: We are refreshing the website look, making navigating the website easier, providing more member information and bringing the website up to the latest technology standards.

A: No. the website address will remain www.EducationCU.com, and if you have bookmarked the website, the bookmark will still work and remain the same.

A: No. your ECU account number, account information, and all account names are not changing, and all remain the same.

A: No. The website changeover is a transparent process to the member, and the new site will be live by 8:00 a.m. on Monday August 17.

A: No. The credit union will manage all aspects of the website refresh. There are no actions needed by members to prepare for the new, refreshed website.
