Now, you can check your FICO® credit score for anytime for free via eBranch or our mobile app. Scores are updated monthly by Experian. It’s just another way that Education Credit Union wants to help you learn more and live more.

To access My FICO® Score through eBranch:

To log in in through eBranch, click “Manage Money” and scroll to “My FICO® Score”. Once you have clicked on “My FICO® Score”, the first time you log in you will be asked to opt in. You must accept the agreement to see your FICO® Score. To accept the terms and conditions check “I understand” and then click “Show FICO® Score”.

To access My FICO® Score through the ECU mobile app:

To log in in through your ECU mobile app, tap “More” and scroll to “My FICO® Score”. Once you have tapped “My FICO® Score”, the first time you log in you will be asked to opt in. You must accept the agreement to see your FICO® Score. To accept the terms and conditions, check “I understand” and then tap “Show FICO® Score”.

How to Opt Out:

On the My FICO® Score page, scroll down to the Opt Out link below the FICO® score graph. Simply click the link and then verify you are opting out by clicking the confirmation on the pop-up screen.
